I'm tired of rib bands on my projects being floppy. I'm by nature a tight knitter and I always knit bands in smaller needles, but they are still floppy.
How can I get around this? is there a technique I can use?

Hi Bells, have you tried using knit in elastic ? it works great for me and comes in a different colours or use the clear one that goes with all colours. Raina

I always knit and purl edging through the back loop. It makes it nice and tight and a little more elastic. This is VITAL in k1 p1 ribbing!
