Hi. I recently purchased some Knitters Hand Balm from The Wool Shack and it is the best stuff!! It is non greasy and your knitting smells wonderful. Highly recommend it!

I got some also, and its divine.  I love the fact that your yarn has a lemony smell to it after you have knitted, so subtle and yummy.

Might have to buy lots of tins, as I know I'll want more!

If you havent bought some, I really think you should try it.

I was wondering what the balm was for Cheesy
I thought it was for making the yarn smoother and easier to move on the needles (like waxed machine knitting yarn) ... is it only for perfume reasons Cheesy

Smiley Yes I have to agree the knitters hand balm is great - I bought some a while ago from the wool shack & have used it while knitting my daughter a jumper & it smells divine!!  I just love the smell of it on my hands - I put it on when I sit down to knit - I think the smell relaxes me straight away & then pick needles up - it's time to knit Tongue
